Must Have
Senior leadership experience managing enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms, Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform at an architectural and governance level, Proven experience driving standardization and reducing technical debt in complex environments, Stakeholder management in matrixed, global organizations
Nice to Have
Experience operating in large, post-merger or highly distributed enterprises, Familiarity with IT service management, change governance, and cloud operating models, Ability to operate as a product leader, not a technical specialist

Define and maintain target-state vision for Microsoft 365 collaboration services
Define and maintain target-state vision for Power Platform
Define and maintain target-state vision for hybrid digital workspace
Own and enforce governance models
Provide leadership over platform stability
Provide leadership over continuous improvement
Own strategy and direction for legacy reduction
Own strategy and direction for cloud migration
Act as senior point of contact for M365 platform direction
Partner closely with Security teams
Partner closely with Architecture teams
Partner closely with Infrastructure teams
Partner closely with Regional IT leadership
Partner closely with Vendor teams
Partner closely with Microsoft account teams
Translate business needs into platform capabilities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works in close partnership with Infrastructure Operations, Security, Architecture, SAM, and Regional IT teams; Partner closely with Security teams; Partner closely with Architecture and Infrastructure teams; Partner closely with Regional IT leadership; Partner closely with Vendor and Microsoft account teams; Delegation and empowerment of teams
