Must Have
7+ years leadership experience in healthcare operations, Managing contact center or outreach function at scale, Hands-on experience with Five9 or comparable platform, Campaign management, queue monitoring, workforce reporting, Leading large frontline teams in healthcare, Familiarity with value-based care metrics, Care gap closures, HEDIS, SDOH, HRA, AWV, Analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance, Proficiency in Google Workspace
Nice to Have
Master's degree a plus, Clinical background, Experience in a health plan, Experience in value-based care setting, Experience with Salesforce, Experience with Tableau
