Expected to provide guidance and mentorship, manage performance, select, and develop employees. This position also provides high-level technical direction and provides input on design architecture and project prioritization. **REPORTING TO/DEPARTMENT:** Reports to the Sr. Director of Electromechanical Systems in the Electromechanical Systems department. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Leads and mentors a team of engineers, designers & technicians who support the engineering team working on the electronic control system of the Radixact and CyberKnife Delivery Systems. * Grows leadership and organization structure within the Mechanical Systems team. * Provides resource capacity management planning and actuals to program management. * Provides input into department project priorities. * Solicits and provides meaningful feedback with the team to grow strengths and capabilities. * Manages budgetary needs and participate in the budget process. * Provides technical leadership to support the larger mecha
