What You'll Do.
overseeing the end-to-end supply chain needs for these programs
shaping the strategy for the support network of critical missile programs
acting as the critical link between Supply Chain and other cross functional counterpart functions
creating and executing comprehensive Material Program Strategies and Plans
ensuring seamless execution throughout all phases of the program lifecycle
providing informed Supply Chain Management (SCM) recommendations to Program Leadership
addressing areas such as risk mitigation
and supplier management
contributing to material forecasts and EAC’s
Develop and execute Material Program & Subcontract Management Plans
Plan and collaborate on sourcing decisions with key stakeholders and support the Makeuy/Where process
Identify Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (Flow Down Attachment) and/or Modifications (TCMs)
Assist with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs)
Active engagement and taking the lead on the Material content for proposal activities
Ensure Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management supports the overall factory and program needs.
Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
Financial management tasks for the material content of the program (Material Sales
Proactively monitor and address performance metrics (cost
quality) to ensure alignment with program goals.
Work between adjacent programs to maximize efficiency and to identify opportunities for commonality between programs.
