What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6–10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM systems roles, hands-on expertise with Marketo and Salesforce, experience across modern marketing tech stacks, Experience integrating and operationalizing multiple tools across the demand generation lifecycle, Proven track record as a systems-oriented operator executing against defined roadmaps, Experience managing offshore teams and/or external vendors or consultants, High attention to detail with QA discipline and process rigor, analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues across systems and data flows, Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have

Experience with tools such as Momentum. io http: //Momentum. io, Common Room (Circle), or other emerging GTM technologies, Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven campaign orchestration, Experience implementing AI or automation initiatives within marketing, RevOps, or GTM systems, Experience in fintech, identity, fraud, or other regulated industries

Build and maintain lead management infrastructure

Ensure accurate campaign tracking

Operationalize campaign execution

Support intent-based and account-based workflows

Maintain and improve data quality

Develop and maintain funnel reporting

Implement AI-driven solutions

Evaluate and integrate emerging GTM and AI tools

Manage offshore resources and consultants

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Demand Generation and RevOps leadership; Partner with RevOps and executive leadership
