Must Have
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent experience, Minimum 7 years in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, At least 5 years in Market Access, Reimbursement or Business Development, Solid understanding of sales, marketing and commercial excellence, Understanding of pricing, reimbursement and payer systems, Fluent in English and French or Dutch (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
MBA or Health Economics background is a asset, Experience in diabetes and/or blood glucose monitoring is a plus

Diabetes Care We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. ### As **Senior Manager Market Access** you will play a pivotal strategic role in shaping and executing market access strategies **across Belgium and Luxembourg.** Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you will drive sustainable market share growth by leading payer engagement, contracts & tenders, and innovative access models, while inspiring and developing high‑performing teams.
