More recently, deep learning powered by GPUs has ignited modern AI, powering systems that can perceive, reason, and act. Today, we are widely recognized as a leader in AI computing. As our manufacturing footprint expands, we are strengthening our on-the-ground operational leadership. We are seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Operations Site Lead based in Houston, Texas, to help build and lead our local NVIDIA presence with clarity, focus, and collaboration. This role represents NVIDIA’s senior operational presence in Houston within an outsourced manufacturing model. While our manufacturing partner leads day-to-day factory execution, this position is accountable for site-level performance on NVIDIA's behalf. You will collaborate with our manufacturing partner leadership, NVIDIA cross-functional teams, and component and vendor partners to meet build commitments, quality standards, and supply continuity. Success in this role depends on clear coordination, consistent performance management, and timely addressing of critical issues. The objective is clear: enable manufacturing partner success in a way that protects NVIDIA’s operational commitments and customer outcomes. The work demands validated operational judgment, consistent leadership in stressful situations, and the capability to bring several teams together around common goals. **What you will be doing:** * Establish the site’s operating model, mission, and performance rhythm to align with NVIDIA’s broader manufacturing and supply objectives. * Partner to lead day-to-day site operations, coordinating people, resources, and factory interfaces to ensure build plans are accomplished, and supply commitments are protected. * Serve as the primary NVIDIA contact for Houston-area manufacturing partners, addressing operational and business issues in a structured and timely manner. * Provide leadership during
