More than 3 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Property Leasing and/or Marketing, Good team player with leasing and properties management skills and business development capabilities, Possess good written and oral communications skills, Possess good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast paced environment, Willing to work on weekends and after office hours

Areas of study in Business Development and Management, Real Estate, and/or Marketing

Planning and leasing of commercial facilities

Secure tenants in parks and spaces

Manage tenancy-related matters

Positioning of portfolios

Develop good-fit businesses

Inject vibrancy and visitorship

Marketing initiatives to increase footfall
