4–8 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management, 2+ years of experience in the digital asset space, Solid understanding of spot/derivatives trading, Solid understanding of custodial workflows, Solid understanding of CFD products, Solid understanding of the retail brokerage ecosystem, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas, Proven track record of meeting or exceeding volume targets

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience at or selling into a CFD/retail broker, Hands-on sales or BD experience in prediction markets, Hands-on sales or BD experience in tokenized real-world assets, Existing network of institutional contacts across APAC and/or EMEA
