Lead a portfolio of managed services engagements

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and engineering teams.

Participate in executive-level client discussions

Identify systemic risks and implement cross-engagement remediation strategies.

Support capability development and workforce planning across the Managed Services organization.
