About the Role The Senior Manager Managed Services is a senior leadership role within Roboyo’s Managed Services (MS) organisation. Positioned above the Service Delivery Manager and Lead Engineer roles, this position provides cross-engagement oversight, strategic leadership, and technical governance. You will ensure that multiple client engagements consistently achieve SLA targets, deliver high-quality technical outcomes, and maintain strong financial performance. This role reports to the APAC Regional Manager and you’ll be working within a Global MS framework, however being able to work independently is critical to the success of this role. You will be responsible for the growth and development of a rapidly growing team of currently nearly 40 in India. This role is ideal for someone who seeks to showcase their ability to build a successful organisation and combines expert people and operational leadership with strong technical understanding and excels in high-stakes client interactions.
