Must Have
Proven leadership experience in global purchasing environments, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills at an executive level, Strategic mindset with solid commercial judgment and effective decision-making capabilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in Automotive Purchasing or Supply Chain, experience with RFQs, sourcing, and BOM cost management, expertise in platform sourcing, pre-development cost modeling, and global supply chain dynamics, Experience with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP), advanced Excel, High integrity, structured working style, and a proactive, results-driven approach
