Manage external advisors while retaining internal ownership of the deal narrative. Represent Numa credibly in early-stage conversations. Senior counterpart relationships and final negotiations are led by the VP and CEO. Translate complex deal dynamics into clear recommendations for C-Level and Board. Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Execute and continuously improve Numa’s established PMI playbook across Operations, Tech, Finance, and Commercial. Lead Day 1 planning and integration workstreams; track KPIs for synergy realisation and milestone delivery. AI able to translate between the two.
