About the role: A Senior Manager Logistics at Redcare Pharmacy is accountable for leading and optimising large-scale warehouse logistics operations in Sevenum, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient fulfilment at scale. The role owns operational performance across multiple logistics areas, translates strategic objectives into executable plans, and steers productivity, quality, and service levels through KPI-based management. With responsibility for a large indirect workforce, the role ensures a safe work environment, a resilient and robust people leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
