What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years relevant experience, Significant experience in training, learning & development, or operational excellence within a multinational or GCC environment, Proven experience developing training curricula, Proven experience delivering programs across multiple modalities, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) preferred, Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industries preferred
What You'll Do.
Act as primary point of contact
Support design and localization of training materials
Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions
Partner with SMEs and functional leaders
Support onboarding programs
Serve as escalation point for training queries
Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder requests
Coordinate training schedules
Maintain LMS administration activities
Ensure compliance with regional regulations
Ensure compliance with internal governance
Identify opportunities to enhance processes
Improve training effectiveness
Drive operational efficiencies
