Team & Collaboration
Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to define and document lead routing, lead management processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs); Collaborate with BI analysts to develop reports and dashboards; Build credibility with senior leaders and subject matter experts across Sales, Marketing, and IT
Communication Scope
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to translate data and operational processes into clear narratives for varied audiences
