Must Have
6–8 years of experience in lending operations, at least 3 years in unsecured personal loans, understanding of loan lifecycle management, including disbursement and servicing, Hands-on experience with loan management systems and operational processes, Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and deliver on performance metrics, problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement, Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and operate in a fast-paced environment, Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and operational accuracy

Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows
