Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Partner in the development and execution of enterprise labor relations strategy, identifying priorities and proactively addressing emerging labor risks. Serve as lead or co-lead negotiator in collective bargaining processes, representing the organization in union negotiations and labor-management discussions. Act as deputy to senior labor leadership, independently managing labor relations initiatives and providing coverage for senior-level responsibilities when required. Lead or support labor campaigns and union organizing responses in collaboration with external consultants and legal counsel. Oversee grievance and arbitration processes, ensuring consistent application of policies and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Analyze labor trends and workforce dynamics to generate insights and inform strategic decision-making. Design and implement scalable labor relations processes and best practices to strengthen organizational capability and consistency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field required. 5+ years of progressive labor relations experience, including direct involvement in collective bargaining and union negotiations. Proven experience partnering with external labor counsel and managing complex labor matters in a multi-stakeholder environment. Background in labor campaigns, union organizing, or workforce relations strategy strongly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret labor data and trends into actionable recommendations. Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and sound decision-making under pressure. Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels. Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional and legal frameworks. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required. Benefits: Competitive bas
