Must Have

12 to 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, or HR Shared Services, with significant focus on third-party management, Experience leading teams (minimum 3-4 years) and projects, including cross-functional initiatives and transformation efforts, Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills, High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels, Proven planning and organizational skills and able to multi-task and problem solve, Able to prioritize multiple projects whilst ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines, Proven experience managing global vendors and complex stakeholder environments, Experience of influencing customers, stakeholders, Advanced IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Experience of AAR’s and subsequent implementation

Participate and Lead on projects ranging from leading after action reviews (AARs) to implementing process improvement efforts across Third Parties within HR & Learning Services

Partner with Procurement

and Compliance teams to ensure full adherence to TPRM and internal policies

Act as the primary decision-making escalation point for vendor risk

and performance issues

including approving remediation plans and recommending contract termination or scope changes where required

Own strategic relationships with content providers

**Job Purpose** This role provides the opportunity to lead and manage supplier relationships delivering global HR and Learning services, while overseeing and supporting end-to-end procure, purchasing and commercial processes within the HR & Learning domain. The role is accountable for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, customers, and vendors to define and execute the end-to-end strategy, governance, and performance management of third-party learning partners.
