What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing strategic IT programs, Minimum of 7 years of senior level IT professional experience, Experience leading and developing a team of project and/or program management professionals, Experience managing projects using Agile, Predictive, and Hybrid Methodologies
Nice to Have
Certified Product Owner, PMI-PMP preferred, PMI-PgMP Certification highly desirable
What You'll Do.
Plan strategic programs
Manage strategic programs
Work with IT and Business Leaders
Partner with PMO staff
Support the PMO Roadmap
Act as primary point of contact
Lead a team of project managers
Identify and resolve issues
Resolve program conflicts
Create program budget
Manage program budget
Communicate with executive leadership
Report program progress
Report program status
