What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in Corporate IT, Enterprise Engineering, or Infrastructure roles. 3+ years of leadership experience managing IT or Corporate Engineering teams. Hands-on expertise with enterprise platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira. Experience managing endpoint fleets using Jamf and Microsoft Intune. Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. Proven ability to design and implement identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and enterprise-scale automation solutions. Operational experience defining and managing SLOs/SLAs, incident/change management processes, and IT service reliability metrics. Excellent cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with ITIL frameworks, ServiceNow or Jira Service Management, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / SOX compliance, and geographic scaling of IT operations.
What You'll Do.
