7+ years of experience in IT operations, business technology, enterprise IT, or a related function, 3+ years leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment, Experience building and scaling internal technology services at a growing SaaS company, knowledge of IAM concepts and tooling, including Okta or comparable IdP platforms, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, and least-privilege access models, Deep hands-on expertise administering Google Workspace and core employee productivity platforms, including Okta, Slack, and Zoom, in a scaling SaaS environment, experience with IT service management tools used for reporting, triage, workflow coordination, and end-user experience with Risotto or comparable platforms, Hands-on familiarity with adjacent IT operations tooling such as Jamf or other MDM platforms, 1Password, endpoint management, and common SaaS administration patterns, A track record of improving support operations through metrics, process design, documentation, and enablement, security and compliance instincts, including experience supporting access reviews, audits, and operational controls aligned to frameworks such as SOC 2, Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes across functions, A low-ego, high-ownership leadership style, bias toward action, empathy for users, and a commitment to building durable systems and teams
