The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Manager, IT Operations to lead and evolve Fairmarkit's internal technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for the strategy, administration, security, and operational excellence of the platforms and services that power our global workforce. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and a service-oriented mindset. You'll partner closely with Security, Engineering, People Operations, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our employees have secure, reliable, and scalable technology experiences. This is a highly visible role that balances hands-on execution with strategic planning and process improvement. What You'll Do IT Operations & Infrastructure Own the overall health, reliability, and scalability of Fairmarkit's internal technology environment. Lead administration and optimization of core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian products, Microsoft applications, endpoint management platforms, and other business-critical systems.
