University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field., At least seven years of experience in supply chain or finance related processes, including trade invoicing and credit notes., Experience working in large, global organizations with complex financial and supply chain operations., Proven experience working in environments with internal controls and regulatory requirements., Experience using enterprise level financial and supply chain systems., High level of proficiency in English., analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions., Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure., Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement., communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization., Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural, and cross-functional teams., Calm, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with transfer pricing is a advantage., Experience working with outsourced service providers is preferred.
What You'll Do.
Manage end to end execution of trade invoicing and credit notes.
Ensure supply chain activities are not delayed.
Complete invoice corrections accurately and timely.
Continuously improve business and data processes.
Maintain and manage key financial and logistical data.
Monitor operational performance through regular reporting.
Proactively manage and resolve operational issues.
Build working relationships with outsourced service provider.
Ensure all processes are fully documented.
Support internal and external audits.
Act as a role model of Haleon’s behaviors.
