Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related, Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, or investor relations, Foundation in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance principles, and financial statement interpretation for global public companies, Superior financial and investment analysis capabilities, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency, Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
Nice to Have
Progress toward an MBA or CFA designation, Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry, real estate services sector, or related property sectors, Prior investor relations experience at a publicly traded company or sell-side equity research experience covering real estate or professional services sectors, Experience working within large corporate environments or global matrixed organizations, Track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects, Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements, public company disclosure practices, and regulatory compliance considerations, Experience with investor relations technology platforms, shareholder surveillance tools, and digital communication channels, Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated learning agility, intellectual curiosity about broader market trends, and forward-thinking perspective on the evolving role of technology and AI in financial services and real estate
What You'll Do.
Lead development of quarterly earnings materials
Analyze financial results and track KPIs
Build and maintain relationships with investors
Analyze and monitor shareholder base composition
Manage Investor Relations digital presence
Create high-quality presentations and communication materials
Review and provide commentary on SEC filings
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with FP&A, Controllership, Business Line Finance teams; Partner with cross-functional partners; Work with senior executives and board-level decision making
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Simplify complex financial and operational concepts
