Must Have
BSA in Accounting, Finance, or related field, Active CPA required, 10+ years of total experience, 7+ years of experience in venture capital accounting, transaction/financial diligence, corporate venture, audit/assurance with investment focus, and/or related roles, 2+ years of leadership experience, Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous environments, People management experience, Cross-functional influencing skills required, Advanced analytical skills, Excel-based modeling, Technical accounting foundation for venture investments, ASC 321, ASC 323
Nice to Have
Familiarity with portfolio reporting systems, Familiarity with Level 3 valuation methodologies, Experience in corporate venture capital, Experience with complex deal/capital structures, Partnering with external valuation specialists and auditors, Demonstrated ability to operate at deal speed
