Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in internal audit, SOX compliance, internal controls, or public accounting experience designing and implementing internal audit or control frameworks, Deep understanding of SOX, COSO framework, and risk-based auditing methodologies, Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
Nice to Have
CPA, CIA, or CISA certification, Experience building and scaling internal controls or audit programs in a high-growth environment, communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly guidance, Excellent project management, organizational, and documentation skills, Experience using audit tools, data analytics, or automation solutions, Familiarity with global or multi-entity audit environments
