Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy spanning brand, content, social, PR, influencer, paid media, and ecommerce channels. Translate business objectives into coordinated campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue performance. Own brand messaging architecture, positioning, and storytelling to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels. Lead content strategy and editorial planning across web, email, social media, campaigns, and events for both B2B and B2C audiences. Manage social media strategy and execution, including content calendars, engagement optimization, and performance growth across major platforms. Oversee PR and influencer programs, ensuring strong earned media presence and strategic brand amplification. Drive paid media strategy across search, social, and programmatic channels, optimizing performance and return on ad spend. Own funnel performance, including MQL generation, lead quality, lifecycle flow, and reporting in collaboration with Sales teams. Lead ecommerce growth strategy, including promotions, onsite optimization, and revenue tracking. Manage and develop a small hybrid team and external partners, ensuring alignment, execution quality, and operational efficiency. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness, attribution, and business impact. Requirements: 5–7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, brand strategy, or content-driven growth roles. Proven track record of leading multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact on business growth. Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and brand messaging across digital ecosystems. Experience managing paid media, social media, PR, influencer marketing, and ecommerce initiatives.
