What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7+ years of experience in marketing, at least 2–3 years in an integrated or campaign-focused role within a fashion, luxury, or lifestyle ecommerce brand, Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that deliver cohesive brand experiences and measurable results, Experience managing marketing deliverables for brand or retail partnerships, Exceptional project management skills, Proficiency with Asana or a comparable project management tool, analytical mindset: Able to synthesize cross-channel data into clear performance narratives, Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, A collaborative, senior presence—someone who can influence stakeholders at all levels, brand instincts with an understanding of luxury/lifestyle customer behavior and storytelling, appreciation for brand storytelling, customer experience, and elevated visual presentation
Nice to Have
Hands-on platform experience (e. g. , Klaviyo) is a plus but not required
What You'll Do.
Lead integrated campaign strategy
Manage partnership marketing deliverables
Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
Develop campaign briefs
Own the marketing calendar
Own the photoshoot calendar and budget
Partner with merchandising and operations teams
Establish and track KPIs
Champion brand consistency
Manage marketing deliverables for brand partnerships
Serve as primary point of contact for partner marketing teams
Brief internal stakeholders and external partners
Track and report on partnership campaigns
Own and maintain marketing project management system
Coordinate timelines and deliverables across channels
Run weekly creative and project reviews
Document go to market strategies
Collaborate with leadership and founder stakeholders
Ensure marketing calendars reflect key merchandising moments
Provide strategic direction for email and SMS programming
Oversee a channel specialist
