We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns & Performance Marketing to lead the planning, execution, and operational excellence of Vention's integrated marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and RevOps and is responsible for transforming strategic priorities into coordinated, high-impact programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Growth, this leader will oversee campaign execution across multiple channels and manage a team responsible for campaign planning and execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering measurable business results.
