8+ years of sales leadership experience, managing and scaling inside sales teams in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software, Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth and exceed sales targets, ability to mentor, motivate, and develop sales talent, Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, Experience optimizing sales processes, tools, and workflows, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, Advanced experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
Nice to Have
Experience in a startup or fast-growth environment with a track record of scaling sales teams from the ground up, Familiarity with Cohere’s AI platform or similar technologies, Knowledge of sales enablement tools, methodologies, and best practices, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related MBA preferred, Experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective sales operations
