We’re hiring for a Senior Manager, Information Technology based in Atlanta, Georgia to lead and scale Pindrop’s enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, GenAI platform management, automation capabilities, and employee technology experience. What you’ll do As a core operational leader, you will be responsible for the following execution and impacts: Develop and execute IT operational strategies and lead day-to-day IT operations across cloud, SaaS, and endpoint environments. Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, device lifecycle management, and end-user support functions. Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, procurement, renewals, budgeting, and technology lifecycle planning. Manage and enhance core enterprise IT platforms to drive standardization, automation, and operational maturity. Plan, design, and lead enterprise IT tool rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and implementation projects.
