Must Have

8+ years marketing experience, 5+ years experience in social and influencer marketing, 3+ years of experience managing teams, Experience working with / managing agencies and internal partners, Extensive experience managing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, building relationships, and developing partnerships with key influencers, analytical abilities, with a track record of reporting and optimizing performance metrics, Proficient in managing departmental budgets efficiently, Eager to learn and thrive in a complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change, Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive consensus across multiple teams and functions, Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, transform enterprise-wide ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking across levels, Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends, Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines to support business needs/social trends

What You'll Do.

designing and executing Athleta’s influencer marketing strategy

spearhead the seasonal planning and daily execution of influencer campaigns

stay at the forefront of social and influencer trends

track results to uncover opportunities

Develop comprehensive influencer strategies and campaigns for seasonal launches

and brand initiatives

drive brand awareness

foster engagement and loyalty

Partner closely with our influencer agency-of-record

serving as the primary point of contact across all campaigns end-to-end

Actively cultivate relationships with on-brand influencers and industry contacts

enhancing and diversifying the Athleta influencer community

Manage product seeding efforts to actively engage and expand our creator community

Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks for all programming

regularly reporting on outcomes and analyzing performance

Contribute to the management of Creator IQ and Tribe Dynamics

tracking monthly performance and scaling both short- and long-term objectives

Assist in the development and management of Influencer Marketing budgets

ensuring alignment with strategic plans

Integrate paid media strategies into influencer campaigns to boost visibility and achieve measurable results

Remain up to date on trending content

cultural events and emerging social formats
