Must Have
Deep understanding of employee relations, Working knowledge of employment legislation, Ability to interpret legislation, Advanced stakeholder management, Negotiation, mediation and conflict-resolution skills, Ability to balance organizational risk, Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Industrial Relations, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, Minimum of 13 years in Employee and Labor Relations or HR Business Partnering roles, Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations, Hands-on experience managing restructuring/change management projects, Analytical and critical thinking skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to cope well with ambiguity and change, High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical standards, Sound judgment and ability to make well-informed decisions, Proficiency in using data and analytics, Fluency in written and spoken English

What You'll Do.
Guide managers on policies
Establish governance standards
Translate legislation into policies
Advise people managers on policy framework
Evaluate systemic issues in manager capability
Represent organization in union consultations
Analyze union and management proposals
Support collective bargaining strategies
Ensure accurate execution of disciplinary actions
Lead investigations into grievances
Serve as Employee Relations partner
Analyze performance management data
Develop recommendations for capability-building
Spearhead improvements in performance management systems
Refine offboarding processes
Liaise with Legal team
Manage Company in negotiations
Manage Company in arbitrations
Manage Company in dispute resolution forums
Manage Company with regulatory authorities
