Must Have

Several years of leadership experience in a production-related environment, Proficient in SAP (S4/HANA), Knowledge of various manufacturing technologies and production planning systems, MTM/REFA knowledge required, High methodological competence regarding structured problem-solving processes (8D, A3, DMAIC), High affinity for digitalization (Industry 4.0), Experience in applying Lean principles in production, Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented way of working, Very good German and English skills required, Willingness to travel

Nice to Have

Strategic alignment of Industrial Engineering at Rolls-Royce Power Systems (local and global), Implementation of operational planning tasks, such as work planning, line balancing, bill of materials and data maintenance management, Consistent advancement and implementation of process optimization using modern work design methods such as Lean Management, Kaizen or Value Stream Analysis, Transfer of new developments from series production through advance planning in the product creation process and production relocations, New planning and continuous improvement of assembly lines for 'State of the Art' assembly, Definition and global implementation of assembly standards & strategies across production plants (CORE/KEY/STANDARD), Monitoring of process KPIs including derivation of improvement measures, Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with other production departments, development, and international production sites, Conception, coordination, and implementation of digital and innovative Smart Factory solutions for flexible and efficient assembly of the future together with the global Operational Excellence Team, Active co-design and coordination of strategic projects, Development of management-ready decision bases and recommendations
