What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience, knowledge of Indian GAAP, statutory reporting, Companies Act requirements, and India legal entity accounting, Experience managing monthly/quarterly close, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory audits, tax audits, and financial statement preparation, Good working knowledge of GST, TDS/withholding tax, corporate tax, transfer pricing, and India compliance requirements, Experience coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, bookkeepers, and compliance service providers, Excel, accounting systems, analytical, and documentation skills, Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, review detailed accounting work, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, investment management, asset management, private equity, alternatives, banking, or a multinational GCC environment, Exposure to SOX, internal financial controls, or group control frameworks, Experience with Workday and/or Workiva

The Senior Manager will ensure accurate books, timely close, strong compliance discipline, audit readiness, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders, external advisors, auditors, and the Hyderabad accounting team.
