What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years Professional Services, Implementation, Project Management, or Customer Success, 3+ years leading implementation, onboarding, or project management teams, Proven experience managing complex software implementations, Demonstrated ability to provide hands-on coaching and leadership, Experience with PSA platforms and project management systems, Operational, organizational, and project management skills, Excellent communication, customer management, and executive stakeholder engagement skills, Analytical and problem-solving abilities, US Citizenship or Green Card Holder

Nice to Have

Familiarity with manufacturing environments, Familiarity with ERP systems, Familiarity with integrations, Familiarity with technical implementation workflows, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field

Own implementation resource management processes

Establish and continuously improve Project Management methodologies

Proactively identify project risks
