So bring your boldest ideas to our IT Governance Team and feel you’re making progress. **About your team** In this role you will be part of a team looking after all aspects of FFB’s Identity and Access Management. The team is one part of FFB IT Governance area and helps FFB Business and other Technology teams to manage access to applications, they need to fulfill their responsibilities. The team also ensures, that all access provided to individuals is in-line with all regulatory requirements, i.e. strict need-to-know principle, regular access recertification or proper joiner/leaver processes. The team collaborates with several application teams within FFB as well as with FFB’s software vendors providing applications. The main day2day aspect of the team is working with the Technical IAM and PAM solutions provided by global Fidelity teams as well as FFB IT service provider, to request, approve and provision access to applications. The team also works in projects and continuous improvements of the provided IAM solutions (e.g. application onboarding, access provisioning automation). That also includes solutions for privileged access management (PAM). **About your role** You will work as a senior manager in the FFB IT Governance Team within the FFB Technology department. Main aspects of your role are: * Organize and optimize the operating model following the defined FFBs policies and procedures for the IAM/PAM area * Help FFB business and Technology teams managing their application access in line with FFB’s regulatory requirements. * Creation and maintenance of authorization concepts for applications in
