Must Have

8-10+ years of solid experience in HR operations or payroll and benefits administration, Profound knowledge of Taiwan's Labor Standards Act and related sub-regulations, Experience handling payroll and benefits for a large employee base, Excellent data processing skills, High attention to detail, Communication and interpersonal skills, Experience in HRM system management

Nice to Have

Experience in Workday system is highly preferred, Experience in handling labor disputes, government labor inspections, or labor mediation is a plus

Compliance with Taiwan labor laws

Efficient HR operations

Managing monthly payroll

Labor and health insurance processes

Employee data management

HR systems management

Conducting compliance audits

Liaising with government agencies

Providing HR reporting and analysis

Monthly payroll calculation

Enrollment and termination processes for Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance

Administering group insurance

Input and calculate special bonuses

Handling special or unusual payroll situations

Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance

and other relevant data

Tracking and managing headcount

Conducting regular compliance audits of daily HR operational processes

Serving as the primary liaison with various government labor-related agencies

Daily management and maintenance of the Human Resources Management (HRM) System
