About the Role The Senior Manager, HR Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing U. S. HR Operations to ensure a compliant, efficient, and employee-focused experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role serves as the operational owner of HR systems, payroll administration, benefits administration, compliance, employee records, performance management processes, and HR service delivery. The position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to build scalable HR infrastructure that supports organizational growth while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. What You’ll Do HR Operations Leadership Lead the day-to-day HR Operations function across the United States. Develop and continuously improve HR processes, workflows, and service delivery standards. Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Serve as the primary escalation point for operational HR matters. HR Systems & Technology Own and optimize the company’s HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, PEO and EOR platforms, ATS integrations, and workforce management tools.
