This role will lead HR Operations for a high-growth biotechnology company, partnering across the organization to build scalable people programs, systems, and processes that support all areas of the business. The ideal candidate combines hands-on HR execution with strategic workforce planning, compliance oversight, culture-building initiatives, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
