What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence, Experience leading teams within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning, High proficiency in Snowflake, High proficiency in dbt (data build tool), Advanced SQL, Proficiency in Python or R for modeling, Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM), Deep experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau, Experience leveraging AI tooling (e.g., LLMs) to automate GTM workflows, lead routing, or sales intelligence, Deep understanding of the mechanics of SDRDR motions, Partner ecosystems, and the AE/AM lifecycle, Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps, Translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives, Grasp of statistical concepts (regression, trend analysis) applied to sales velocity and forecasting, Writes and speaks fluent English, Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities, AI fluency

PhD preferred, specific ML framework experience, cloud platform certs
What You'll Do.
Execute the vision for GTM analytics
Manage the measurement framework for Top-of-Funnel (Outbound) and Partnerships
Optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion and ROI
Maintain the 'Source of Truth' for Sales and Account Management
Drive the execution of annual and quarterly planning
Partner with Finance and RevOps to set targets
and build capacity models
Coordinate with Marketing Analytics to bridge the gap between marketing spend and sales output
Build and maintain predictive models for sales attainment and revenue pacing
Build and oversee executive-level dashboards
Direct and mentor a team of GTM analysts

By managing sales analytics, capacity planning, and target-setting, you will provide the tactical roadmap for Remote’s growth. You will collaborate closely with Marketing Analytics to maintain a full-funnel view of our progress, ensuring RevOps leadership has the visibility needed to optimize our revenue engine in real-time.
