What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence, including experience leading teams within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning, High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt (data build tool) for building scalable, governed data models, Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling, Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM) and BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau, Experience leveraging AI tooling (e. g. , LLMs) to automate GTM workflows, lead routing, or sales intelligence, Deep understanding of the mechanics of SDRDR motions, Partner ecosystems, and the AE/AM lifecycle, Ability to act as a trusted advisor to VPs of Sales and RevOps, translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives, Grasp of statistical concepts (regression, trend analysis) applied to sales velocity and forecasting, Writes and speaks fluent English, Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency

What You'll Do.
Build frameworks that dictate how we scale
Manage sales analytics
Provide the tactical roadmap for Remote’s growth
Collaborate closely with Marketing Analytics to maintain a full-funnel view of our progress
Ensure RevOps leadership has the visibility needed to optimize our revenue engine in real-time
Execute the vision for GTM analytics
Ensure our data infrastructure supports a multi-segment
global sales organization
Manage the measurement framework for Top-of-Funnel (Outbound) and Partnerships
Optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion and ROI
Maintain the 'Source of Truth' for Sales and Account Management
and churn propensity to drive predictable revenue
Drive the execution of annual and quarterly planning
Partner with Finance and RevOps to set targets
and build capacity models
Drive data integrity and ensuring the 'Revenue Engine' is fueled by clean
Coordinate with Marketing Analytics to bridge the gap between marketing spend and sales output for a unified 'MQL to Closed-Won' view
Build and maintain predictive models for sales attainment and revenue pacing
Build and oversee executive-level dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales productivity and GTM efficiency
Direct and mentor a team of GTM analysts
