What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field, 10+ years of dedicated project management experience, 3+ years of experience working directly with, or embedded within, a Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain organization, Experience managing projects that involve outsourcing, managed services, or complex external partner integrations, Active Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
Nice to Have
Master’s degree or MBA, Change Management, Agile/Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications
What You'll Do.
Oversee governance and performance tracking of Global Procurement OGSM and KPIs
Facilitate strategic review cadences with procurement teams
Direct and manage project lifecycle for global procurement initiatives
Act as liaison between Procurement
cross-functional teams
Develop project charters
work breakdown structures
Establish and monitor governance frameworks
Mitigate project risks and issues
Manage project financials and commitments
Facilitate project meetings
and steering committee reviews
Develop project communications and status reports
Act as escalation point for outsourcing project issues
Facilitate joint continuous improvement initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Act as the connective tissue between category managers, cross-functional teams, Finance and external outsourcing partnerships; Engage with internal and external stakeholders to cultivate trusted partnerships; Facilitate regular project meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews with global stakeholders and external partner leadership; Collaborative mindset with every internal and external partner; Support and inspire peers as well as senior leadership team; Gaining buy-in and holding both internal cross-functional team members and external partners accountable
Communication Scope
Develop clear, impactful project communications; Develop executive-level status reports; Exceptional Communication; Translating complex project metrics into clear narratives for C-level executives, operational teams, and external vendor leadership
