Nice to Have

This role is where Field Marketing, Business Development, and brand converge; responsible for ensuring that every event Shield AI participates in or produces advances a concrete pipeline objective.  The Field Marketing Manager is a strategic and operational leadership role that requires the ability to set priorities across a multi-market calendar, influence internal stakeholders, manage external partners, and report results in terms that the GTM teams care about. The Senior Events Manager collaborates closely with Field Marketing counterparts across North America and international markets, as well as Business Development, Product, and Marketing.  ## What you'll do Global program management: Plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of major tradeshows, owned events, and product demonstrations across North America, Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and the Middle East. Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as the primary events point of contact for Field Marketing, BD, and Product teams; coordinate logistics, messaging, and goals across departments. Event tiering and investment prioritization: Develop and maintain a tiering framework that classifies events by strategic value, audience quality, pipeline potential, and cost; use this framework to guide annual budget recommendations and calendar decisions
