What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 10 years of progressive experience as a Software Engineer or related role in the Aerospace/Defense Industry, Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or related role in the Aerospace/Defense Industry, 4 years of experience with DO-178C certification, 4 years of experience leading or contributing to avionics systems/software life-cycle activities, 4 years of experience working in or leading teams developing real-time embedded software applications using C or C++, 3 years of experience in project planning and execution leadership for moderate- to large-sized teams
