Assists in developing and implementing city legislative strategies, monitors ordinances, and assists in facilitation of state and local government-facing business initiatives. This role will closely coordinate with the state lead on state and local membership organizations. Assists with corporate initiatives and works with state GCA to coordinate community affairs activities. **Job Description** CORE RESPONSIBLITIES: * Assist in developing and implementing city government advocacy strategies, monitor ordinances, and local government affairs activity. * Assist in building strategies and tactics to effectively advocate for company priorities in all levels of local government. * Develop and maintain relationships with government representatives and regulators at the local level. Travel to attend meetings, hearings, or other events to represent the company. * Monitor local legislative activity affecting Comcast NBCUniversal business interests.
