Must Have

Bachelor's Degree - Engineering or Related field of study, 5 years of experience leading a team in the semiconductor industry, 2 years of experience in Process and Equipment in at least one or more fab functional groups, Good English skills, Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams, Able to support quarterly travel between US HVM sites, Support global teams during collaboration zone hours

This includes using suppliers to achieve benchmark manufacturing performance, discovering and implementing equipment and process best known methods (BKM), optimizing equipment utilization, reducing cash costs and labor inefficiencies, and prioritizing and completing continuous improvement projects globally. As a Senior Manager, Front End Manufacturing Alignment at Micron Technology, Inc., you will manage a team of Manufacturing Alignment Engineers and OCT Total Productivity Management (TPM) Program managers, focusing on their performance and career development. **Responsibilities:** * Set annual strategies and establish aligned Key Performance Indicators for network performance improvements, reviewing site progress and engaging engineers to close performance gaps. * Attend strategic site meetings, conduct quarterly reviews, publish monthly performance reports, and ensure resource assignment and follow-up for MAE programs * Provide governance for MAE Programs and business processes across the Pillars including sponsorship and coaching of new program development with Alignment Engineers.
