What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, 3+ years of direct people management experience, Experience owning FP&A processes end-to-end, Experience working closely with HR on headcount planning, financial modeling advanced Excel proficiency required, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required

Nice to Have

MBA, CPA, CPC, or equivalent advanced degree a plus, Experience with Workday (HRIS) and Adaptive Insights, Familiarity with data and BI tools (e.g. , Power BI), Basic SQL for querying financial or headcount data, Experience supporting or preparing for an IPO, audit process, or SOX compliance environment, Exposure to AI-driven process automation, RPA tools, or scripting (Python, VBA) in a finance context

Consolidate and publish headcount reports

Partner with HR and business leaders

Monitor headcount cost-to-revenue ratios

Deliver headcount insights

Own company-wide spend planning

Produce budget vs. actual analyses

Partner with FP&A pillars

Identify spending variances

Maintain expense reporting infrastructure

Support Corporate FP&A

Ensure data integrity

Build audit-ready workflows

Develop SOPs and playbooks

Automate repetitive workflows

Champion continuous process improvement

Set high bar for quality
