Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A, management finance, or related analytical roles, experience with cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, Advanced Excel financial modeling capability, Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
Nice to Have
Familiarity with ERP and FP&A systems (e. g. , OneStream, Qlik, SAP, Oracle), Proactive, independent, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
